• Must speak French fluently (language test is mandatory)

• Want to settle in Quebec

• Net worth: $2M CAD

• Investment: 2 options:

  • $1.2M: $1M refunded

  • without interested after 5 years – OR

  • $550,000 (no refund)

• High school diploma

• 2 years experience as a business owner or senior manager during the past 5 years
