Nava is the founder of the law firm. She was born and raised in Paris, France, and is from Persian descent. She moved to Canada in 2012 and has been practicing in the field of Canadian immigration law since then.
A licensed member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association, and an immigrant herself, Nava knows that immigration is more than just a visa. She ensures her clients receive the proper legal advice before starting their immigration journey and has partnered with a strong network of professionals who are able to assist with all immigration affiliated inquiries.
The law firm services clients from all over the world, and from various industries, including banking, I.T., retail, sports, hospitality, construction, manufacturing and entertainment. They represent both corporate clients, and individuals.
Nava is actively involved within the Francophone and Persian communities of Toronto, and is a member of the Immigration and Women sections of the Ontario Bar Association.
She speaks French, Persian and English and works with a multilingual team.
