You can have graduated from a school in Quebec, but you must intend to live outside Quebec.
Your spouse and children can be included in your application for permanent residence as accompanying dependents.
Only 40,000 spots. French speakers do not have any quotas.
Application start date: May 6, 2021.
Application end date: November 5, 2021 – or as soon as the 40,000 applications are received. You should be ready to submit a complete application on May 6, 2021 or soon after.
We do not know yet through which immigration portal these applications will be received and processed.
If you meet the above requirements, pass your language test, gather all your documents, and be ready apply on the application start date. Remember, all documents that are not in English or French must be translated by an official translator.
